Will we able to use this automatic pooja bell in countries with 110 V supply?
Yes. The automatic pooja bell need only 4V DC supply to work. The adapter we supply can take input AC supply from 50 V to 240 V and convert the same to 4 V DC supply for the product to work.
Can you supply flat pins in the adapter?
The pins are moulded in the adapter; thus, we need to go for separate moulding. This can be considered, if the volume is high.
Can we get long wires with the adapter?
The wire length is1.25 Meter. If we increase the length, voltage drop will be there. It is advisable to use extension box, if required..
Will this product work with battery?
We can connect battery bank and the product will work with that..
How long continuously the product can work?
The motor is a continuous duty one, thus there is no time limitations..
What is the life of this product?
We have tested for 500 hours. If used 10 minutes per day, it is 5 hours per month and 60 hours per year. As any other functioning product, it is based on the usage.
What type of maintenance is required?
The vacuum push and the place should not have dust, to enable the product to be firmly held in operation.

What is the difference between the product with and without stand?
The product is same only, if placing the product becomes difficult because of smooth surface requirement and electrical point location etc, the stand will be helpful.
